 Do I need a gym or special equipment?

While these definitely enhance your ability to progress, they are not necessary. All of the workouts can be done from home, and every movement has alternatives.

What if I’m brand new to strength training?

Iron Bloom is adjustable for those brand new to strength training to veterans who have been training for years. This program addresses the body's need for strategic strength training and nutrition/recovery through the phases of menopause. Each movement is explained and can be viewed on video

What if I have joint issues or specific limitations?

Every movement and workout has modifications to adhere to limitations and/or injuries. Safety is explained before and throughout every workout

How long do I have access to the materials?

You will have lifetime access to the materials purchased and to the community post for as long as Iron Bloom exists. Additionally, I will keep you in the know of any updates and/or additions
